The Roads and Contracts Department is responsible for traffic signs and line marking of all roads within the District of West Kelowna except for Hwy 97, Highway 97C and Westside Road, which are maintained by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Traffic line painting is conducted annually on an as needed basis.
