KEY DOCUMENTS
The 2012-2014 Strategic Priorities 2013 Update (to view, click on icon to the right) document ranks the District’s priorities and enables Council to effectively deliberate and adopt a performance-based budget.
The 2013 Operational Details document (to view, click on icon to the right) is created to provide timelines and tangible measurements for the implementation of the goals outlined in the 2012-2014 Strategic Priorities 2013 Update. Results are reported and updated on this webpage quarterly.
Council’s decisions are also impacted by the effectiveness of Core Services (to view click on document to the right) provided by the municipality to its citizens, as measured through its annual Citizen Survey.
Together, these guiding documents measure the District's accomplishments, which are reported every year in the Annual Report.
