The Business Development Office provides services to existing and new businesses to help them locate, grow and succeed in West Kelowna.

If you are looking to locate or grow your business within West Kelowna, the Business Development Office can assist you by confidentially providing an inventory of commercial and industrial properties which are available for lease and purchase within the community. The Business Development Office also offers confidential support service throughout the development approval process.

To assist further in the site selection process, the District of West Kelowna published a Site Selector Database in July 2011:

The Business Development Office works closely with new and existing businesses to assist them in investing in West Kelowna. Additional confidential services include: providing community and professional introductions; and when possible, linking businesses to regional, provincial and national programs.

The office works with business to build relationships with the wide variety of community and regional groups including the Westbank and District Chamber of Commerce, Central Okanagan Development Commission, Community Futures and Business Development Bank.

The Business Development Office will strive to help ensure a positive West Kelowna experience with the right connections for success!
