All roads bridges in the District of West Kelowna, such as the bridge on Gellatly Road over Powers Creek and the bridge on Shannon Lake Road over McDougall Creek, for examples, are maintained under contract with AEL, a Division of HMC Services Inc. (AEL/HMC).
